About Me

Who am I?

My path, also part of yours

Antonio Pampurini. Gestalt therapist specialized in life crises, grief, and deep transitions. I work from a grounded ethical framework, with clarity and without dogmas.

I came to Gestalt therapy when I myself felt the need to pause and look inward. What I found was much more than answers: I discovered a different way of being in the world, more connected to myself, to my emotions, and to my relationships. From that place, I chose to train and dedicate myself to accompanying others on their own paths.

My journey includes a consciously lived identity change which, although it is not the focus of my practice, brings depth to the way I accompany others through their own transformations.

My way of working is rooted in presence, honesty, and respect for each person’s rhythm. I don’t give advice or ready-made solutions. I listen, I accompany, and I create space for you to meet yourself from a more authentic place.

I don’t believe in rigid processes or magic formulas. I believe in real encounters, in words spoken with truth, and in what can transform when someone feels truly heard.

About my work

How I understand the support I offer

My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy and draws on humanistic tools. I accompany from authenticity, focusing on what is happening in the present moment, in the body, and in relationships. Here are some key points that define the way I work:

Connect with what you feel here and now

Notice what happens in your body, in your emotions and in the present moment. It opens the door to know yourself more deeply. I offer support with full attention and without judgment towards whatever arises in you.

Explore how you relate to others

Your relationships speak about you: how you express yourself, how you listen, how you protect yourself. In therapy, we explore those patterns to find more honest and conscious ways to connect.

Give yourself space to look inward with calm

Sometimes we need to pause, step out of automatic mode, and truly listen to ourselves. Therapy offers a nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself and with what you truly need.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have a clear problem to start a session?

No. Sometimes we just feel discomfort, disconnection, or confusion. The process starts there: with the desire to look inward.

The first call is free and has an informational purpose.
It is an initial contact (around 30 minutes) to understand the framework, clarify practical questions, and assess whether this space is right for you. It is not a therapeutic session and does not imply any commitment.

Usually once a week, but we can adjust it to your needs and life rhythm. The important thing is to maintain a pace that allows you to move forward with ease.

Yes. You can choose the format that suits you best at any given moment, depending on your availability, energy, or circumstances. Both formats offer the same depth.

Whatever you need. Sometimes it’s a specific emotion, a situation you don’t understand, or simply what emerges in the present. There’s no script: what matters is that it’s your space.
