Trusting, even when there are no guarantees
At some point in life, we decide to trust.
Not because we have all the answers, nor because everything is clear.
But because there is a feeling in the heart that pushes us to take a step.
An impulse that is not always logical, yet moves us with strength.
This happened to me last week.
I listened to someone I admire, someone with a solid, authentic and dignified digital business.
They were presenting a course designed to develop skills that help you grow professionally, communicate better and connect with more people.
And without knowing exactly why, I felt that I needed to take the leap.
Sometimes daring to trust yourself is the first step toward opening a new path.
The decision to trust (even in the middle of the noise)
For a long time I said I would not take any more courses.
And yet, here I am.
Knowing that perhaps this course will not be a miracle solution, but that it represents a very clear gesture: my commitment to myself.
A part of me said:
“This will not work, you already know all this, you are wasting your money and your time.”
But I decided not to give power to that sabotaging voice.
Because very often personal growth begins when we stop listening to the voice that limits us.

I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it for the message
I don’t need more money.
Although yes, I do want more money.
But this is not about income. It is about impact.
I feel that I am still not transmitting everything I can.
And if there is something that truly depends on me… it is how I communicate what I believe in.
Learning how to communicate better is also part of the process of personal and professional growth.
My message is this: you already have everything you need
I deeply trust this approach:
“You already have within you everything you need to be well and to live the life you desire.”
That is why I believe in Gestalt Therapy.
Because it trusts the self-regulation of the organism.
Just like nature, if we stop interfering, growth and harmony tend to emerge naturally.
This is one of the foundations of the therapeutic process in Gestalt Therapy.
Trust is not magic. It is presence
Many people distrust therapeutic work.
They reduce it to nice phrases or dismiss it as emotional talk.
But it is not about blind faith.
It is about learning to trust yourself again, trusting our natural capacity to grow, heal and transform.
This is the heart of many therapy and personal growth processes.
Change begins by opening the door from within
For new experiences to arrive, you must be willing to receive them.
And that requires opening an inner door.
Only you can do that.
But you do not have to do it alone.
Would you like me to accompany you?
On this path of thorns, doubts and also flowers,
I accompany you with the certainty that your deeper self already knows the way.
It simply needs space, listening and presence to move forward.
Gestalt Therapy can help you discover it and sustain it.
