Tonight the wind has been blowing as if there were no tomorrow.
I don’t like the wind. It unsettles me, scatters me, pulls me away from my center.

For years I was very sensitive to the weather: grey skies, rain, changes in atmospheric pressure… everything affected me.

Today I have learned something important: even when the weather changes, my emotional state still belongs to me.

How do the cycles of nature affect us?

Not long ago we changed the clocks, and I admit it took me weeks to regain my energy.

It is not just the clock: it is the body, the rhythm, the arrival of autumn that gently — without asking permission — invites us to look inward.

The end of the year is like the end of a life cycle:
an invitation to gather ourselves, take stock, and reconnect with what truly matters.

A date with yourself

Have you ever considered it?

I am not talking about a quick pause while doing the shopping or preparing dinner.

I mean a real, intentional date with yourself.

Yes, as if you were inviting yourself out to dinner.
As if you were reserving an hour to listen to someone important.

Because you are.

For me, it helps to go to a spa or take a water circuit.
When there is silence and calm, I can talk with myself, take care of myself, and breathe.

Who do I feel grateful for?

It is not about changing your life overnight.
Nor about saving your business.

It is about cultivating the most important relationship you will ever have: the relationship with yourself.

Why should I book a date with myself?
